Returns
Returns for qualified online purchases are available for store credit within 7 days after delivery. After 7 days, the offer of a refund or exchange is no longer applicable. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, and shipped in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email your invoice and reason for return to studio@episode.nyc. Items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (for reasons other than our error) will not be accepted for return.

Disclaimer:
Due to the organic nature of many parts of this process, the pieces are not, and don't strive to be perfect. You will notice blemishes in the photos on the bottom side of some of the pieces that are intentionally not edited out. As streamlined as we make this process, there are inevitable slight differences in certain details. We reserve this right to judge based on whether the integrity of the piece is taken away or not. In a world of machine made items and processed goods, we have calculated this system to be as consistent as possible, while also embracing the beauty in the variation. This collection is made with molds, though you will see that much of the shape is asymmetrical, the throw lines are still visible, and the angles have movement. From the clay, to the hardware, to the leather, each piece goes through numerous hands before landing in yours.
